I need same help, i have instalated UO:SE, Pol 06-01-18 (lasted),
On servspecopt.cfg config line UOFeatureEnable = 0xa0, Account uoexpansion set to SE (set by Account.set_uo_expansion()).

But, when i try login a char on Tokuno (or malas or ishelar) screen on uo client appears Darkness ...
