POL Docs need updated.

I was looking through the online, as well as the offline, documentation for POL. I noticed that some of the things listed in the core changes file have not been added to the documentation. One example is the MoveItemToContainer function. Core changes shows that on 08-27-2012 Tomi added the add_to_existing_stack to the function but that isn't reflected in the POL docs.

Anyway, I thought I'd mention it.

I've updated the docs meanwhile and they have been published.

Some more minor updates are also on the way.

If you found more errors/missing parts, can you please list them?
