Bulletin Boards

Probably most shards have bulletin boards, this however uses the packethook stuff to handle the bulletin boards, 0x71. There are somethings that I might have been able to do differently and I consulted another emulator for some additional information I could not manage to find elsewhere. I did about three hours worth of testing and fiddling to get everything working and I believe everything does work.

There is a weird issue where threads with responses put a blank line between it and the topic below it for each reply, I am not sure how to fix this, so if someone can figure that out and send me the fix I would be more than happy to update the download.

Should be noted I also through this toward Yukiko for the distro so it will also be available there and I will send any changes his way for future updates, not something that is a necessity but since the shard I am working with has such a horrible in game bulletin board system, one I had forgotten about until recently when as staff I wanted to make an in game post for RP purposes, I just had to figure something else out.

Yep. The bulletin boards will be in both versions of the Distro. I remember using the old BB and how awful it was. I haven't tried this system yet but from what I have seen of ThisIsMe's other creations it's going to be a vast improvement over what we had.

Going to look at a couple bugs encountered and hopefully have an update soonly.

Need to finish up another minor rewrite I started before I jump back into here but that should be done easily tonight if I can figure out the issue I am having.
