SendCharacterRaceChanger( character ) function doesn't set truecolor of mobile (only color).

i thought it is a bug because when player is chosing skin tone it changes color only and after death he's getting previous color before race change.
I know it can be done via scripts but what's the point. When player is chosing race at character creation menu it sets color and true color and thats why i thought that is a bug.
