Maybe I'm missing something, but don't you already have all those scripts when you downloaded POL to begin with?

No.
Those exist already, and I can't see where it makes any sense to write up an entirely new one.

Neo which version of POL are you using? Which set of scripts are you using?
After you answer those questions then maybe we can help you with getting your existing vendors working.
Oh and to those who may not know it, if he's using POL 97 Distro it doesn't have a fully functional merchant system. So it is possible he doesn't have the vendors he is asking for.
