• FATAL: kernel too old

Argh.
Just installed 097 to our Debian server.
Trying to compile, all I got is:

./ecompile -A -b -f >ecompile.log
FATAL: kernel too old
Segmentation fault

Is gentoo mandatory? How may I run POL on a Debian?
I remember, a few years ago, 095 worked fine on my Debian.

Upgrade the Kernal of the OS.
