In working with Yukiko on some of the config files, I am getting somewhat frustrated with the poor formatting in these files.

I spent some time looking for a simple utility that would help with formatting them for easier readability with no luck.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any easy utility that would assist with cleaning and formatting them properly. Here are the four functions Im looking for...

1. Remove multiple carriage returns.
2. An option for removing all carriage returns so I can import into excel.
3. Remove spaces at the end of a line.
4. Convert multiple spaces into tab(s).

A few weeks ago, I was discussing with a few of the devs in the irc channel and it was mentioned that a proggy was available that would do this but I failed to ask where I could dl it. Anyways, anyone familiar with a proggy that will do this and where I can d/l it?
