I need sth like that, the target cursor with floating graphic of dynamic object, like TargetMultiPlacement for multis. I know that it is possible in RunUO (Custom Housing). Is it any way to do that here (POL 096)?

I think thats built into the client specifically for custom housing. It would only be a question of figuring out if the client will allow it outside of custom housing.
