I understand that eScripting could be difficult and it's much easier if you got a mentor, that explains and correct your mistakes and answers your question. However, i strongly recommend you to try learn everything yourself, which means that you should read thru Documentation and look thru some script examples.
If you really can't understand what you are doing wrong, the polserver forums should be enough. Remember, to be a scripter you need to have patient and you need to have a great interess!

It's also better for newbies of future if there is written information available, and not just some ideas in few mentories' heads.
