don't know why. looks reliable

And wow: it's even smaller than ecompile.exe (compressed ~ 200kb)

could an admin check this please?

I hope it's not a decompiler, I get a sense of security if I was to ever let someone use a package I made and didn't want to release the source.

There is NO decompiler for ECL files.
