i download the basic files of POL097 at polserver.com

my big problem is:
my core runs nice, when i try to login in my character, the client crashes, core runs normal, i use ML and i tried to login with 3 clients, 5.0.4b, 2.0.0 and 1.26.4, the first and second don't log, says that account don't exists, with the third client connect, and will log in character the client crashes... please help me

Are you using a uorice client?
Does your client's login.cfg point to the server?

Sounds like realms need to be regenerated.

If POL is working okay
1. Verify the client version used.
2. Verify the encryption method used.

Do you have the port you're connected to in uoclient.cfg set for none, 2.0.0, 1.x?
You would want to use 'none', the other encryptions are outdated and the encryption is not necessary to use.

I suggest these days using UO Razor over UORice. Its just an awesome tool for UO and allows configuring of encryption.

So install Razor. Setup the profile to connect to your POL instance with encryption removed.
Patch up to and use client 5.0.9.1 and connect.

Also if you login and select a shard, then crash when you make your character - then your startloc.cfg may be bad.
