Problem with using skills

Problem with using skills

Hi! I've got a "small" problem. After upgrading from 096 to 097, players cannot use skills from internal UO macros (binds) or trough EasyUO. The only way to use skill is to click the sapphire next to the skill name in skills menu. Any help will be appreciated.
