Which tools you guys think are good to edit maps and statics?

The only I'm aware of is muleditor (I think that is the name of it). I think mulpatcher also does the job.

Any other suggestions?

Ive been using CenterED for my shard and i would Strongly recomend it to Anyone who wants to edit there map or build!
