Text Command: "rangerect"

Description:
This is a handy command for creating floors when building. It accepts a range of tile graphics (i.e. 1250 - 1257) and randomly places them within a rectangle defined by the user. The command accepts a z height at the time of entry, or by default uses the user's current z.
Syntax:
.rangerect <z(optional)>
User Prompts:
First graphic number in range.
Last graphic number in range.
Target top-left corner.
Target bottom-left corner.
