i have pick my client folder in reset manual and i went over to the plugins and click the middle two and have restart it countless time today and when i dbl click the item i want to send to the game all i get is a message .create 0x0v {------ example it says it in game but i get no target to place the item please any info will be great and thanks in advance for your time in answering my post

I suppose you mean the SendItemPlugin, this plugin is more a proof-of-concept-plugin. So only basic features.
The only purpose of this plugin is to send and execute a text string to the client.
If you have the plugin active you can manage the string in the menubar plugins->SendItem
The default value is ".create 0x{1:X4}"
{1:X4} means that the id should be formated as a hex number.
So it depends which emulator/scriptset you use. "create" is a common pol txtcmd
