Howdy!
After years od hard work, and tons of failures I present you UoFiddler version 4.6b.... ekhm... maybe I was a little to pathetic
Clarification edit!!!
Sentence above is just a joke. I am not author of UoFiddler, all the hard work was done by Turley. I have done only a few changes to adjust app for new multis in multi.mul

Adjust multi screen code to show multis with id above 0x1FFF.
