Unless the client you're trying to find the MAC address for is on your internal network, the MAC address wouldn't be availalbe to your ARP table and as such there would be no way to view it.
Generally speaking MAC addresses are used for LAN processing and aren't broadcast across WAN.

So no, not possible.
