Only on one of my pc the Open Web Browser function from POL doesn't work, I cannot understand why

This is only on one PC? I assume your web browser works fine?
This does sound odd. The only thing I can think to do is run a virus/malware scan on that PC. And that is just a guess. I'm sorry I don't have a better idea of what is wrong.
