need help setting up a shard please =(

i've been trying to set up a shard but i can't get it so other pplz can log onto my shard and i dunno what i need to do to get it to work... can someone please help me

There are a lot of issues that can affect people from the outside world being able to connect. I believe there are a number of threads on the boards that mention connection issues. Try using search and use keywords like "connecting" "log-in" etc.
