Hello all These should be some rather newbie questions but I'm unsure of the correct commands or cfgs to change...

1- How do I change the list of what an NPC vendor will buy (working example Lets say I wish to have a blacksmith vendor purchase colored ingots or non standard ingots)

2- How do I make vendors train players to higher levels... currently veendors only train players to about a 30-40 skill level, I'd be happy with a higher range of 60-75...

Answer to first question is look at mrcspawn.cfg in \pol\config

I am not able to get my virgin POL 95 setup to let me log in so I was unable to test this but you might try looking in \pol\scripts\include\trainskill.inc at line 8. It reads:

var maxskilltotrain := 30;

try changing the '30' to the desired skill level, recompile all scripts and restart the shard and see if that does the trick. Sorry I was unable to test this for certain.
