Problems getting pol96 running

Error reading configuration file regions/ore.cfg:
Poorly formed number in property 'LandTile': : 0x6da
Element: Global , found on line 3
Server Shutdown: load_resource_cfg
Execution aborted due to: Configuration file error
Is the basic error i'm getting on compile. I'm Using pol96 scriptset, and have used uoconvert. Basically just trying to get a test server up. Note i'm using the entire scripts from a past pol 96 server, which was online. But have sort of run into brickwall.

Solved the Above
Compiling: ./ai/crier.src
Unable to find package 'System'
Unable to read include file ':System:Include/C
Compilation failed.
Execution aborted due to: Error compiling file
Not sure what the problem is?

In the package path, you're missing the "System" package. Either that or one of the pkg.cfg name params got changed.

Nope i have the system package. Any idea which pkg.cfg could of caused this error. Its basically on the first file it tries to compile.
