Can't Sign Into Server

ok, I have servers.cfg and uoclient.cfg all set up. I am using Mondain's Legacy as the client and for the mul files. I can "touch" the server but it hangs at "Verifying Account" screen. When I check the server output I see this----

When I try to adjust the ClientEncryptionVersion on UOClient.cfg I get this message----
