Problems with system moongates

Few days ago all was running just fine and moongates worked. Then after a server crash, moongates wont exist anymore. I wonder where the problem is, or how to get them back? Server loads all packages normally, but moongates just wont show up. Any ideas / help? Im totally confused, since im new to POL.
