Method Scripts for Mobiles

As I played around with some method scripts for an object, it hit me; It'd be nice to have these for mobiles, too.

I'm thinking that perhaps it might be best just to have an overall single interface defined for method scripts for mobiles, rather than as with items, where each object type can have its own defined from a script file.

And... stuff! Probably too late for 097 inclusion, but we can all hope and dream for the future!

Its scheduled for 098, im gonna do a large rewrite in the core of how object methods work and include a config file for providing method scripts for individual object types.
