how do i make a NPC Vendor Quest?

how can i make it, you double click on a vendor, a Gump Window opens and tells you to go do these quest for him/her like:

1). go get me 1000logs
2). go kill me 25deamons
3). go mine me 5000Iron
etc..

and when you do it, the NPC will give you a reward for doing it.. ?
