My scripts are a mix of the old Distro (pre 0.96 Core modified to comply with post 0.96 Core) and some from the 0.96 and 0.97 "Distros". I'm trying to get my shard running on the latest SVN version of the Core; version 626 at the time of this post. I made all the changes to boat.cfg and what-not and compiled the scripts. POL launches just fine. I can log in with a decrypted Stygian Abyss Classic client. However, after setting up my character's race, gender etc. I click through to the character trade selector. When I click on a trade the server crashes with the error:
I have created a server with just the basic files needed to log in and walk around. With that setup I am able to create a character and get in game. So this leads me to believe that there is something incompatible with some script or configuration setting in my scriptset that's causing the crash. I'm in the process of slowly adding packages and such from my shard to the "basic" POL installation to try and track down the problem but I thought I would post this just in case someone might have had the same problem and were able to solve it.
